I am writing this lerrer to thank you for the outstanding job you did on Tiana's car. I have to tell you that audio has always been a hobby of mine and because of this I have been in and out many audio shops in the state of Florida. This is my first thank you letter. Not only were you extremly helpfull in designing a syatem that not only met but greatly exceeded my expectations and those of my wife but I found that you seem to be a bit more concerned with the satisfaction of your customer than your profit margin. Needles to say that is rare to say the least.
Nick once again my sincerest thanks to you and your team for a truly outstandin job and I want you to know that I look forward to the day I have the opportunity to do something similar in my car.
