All JL Audio Stealthbox enclosures are designed, tested and fabricated in Miramar, Florida. The enclosure is made from two thick layers of custom-formed fiberglass, then bonded together to form the finished product. JL Audio wraps the enclosure in durable black carpet for a clean look. This also prevents anything that may touch the enclosure from buzzing or rattling when the bass is turned up.
The enclosure includes a subwoofer, speaker wire terminals, and is secured in place when the center console is reinstalled in the vehicle.

The SB-GM-4GSUVCNSL10TW1 includes a single 10-inch 10TW1-2 shallow mount subwoofer. This sub has a conservative 300 watt power handling rating. It presents a 2-ohm nominal load to the amplifier you choose for the system. This shallow sub can produce almost an inch of total excursion. The enclosure volume is optimized to allow the system to handle a full 300 watts of power across the entire frequency range.
JL Audio incorporates many features into their subwoofers that are shared with their flagship products. In the case of the TW1 woofers, the Concentric Tube Suspension design is borrowed from the TW5 subwoofers. This increases excursion while reducing the overall depth of the subwoofer.
