A Gainesville client found the Sound Depot and Performance website while researching Harley-Davidson sound system upgrades. The client dropped by our store with his 2009 Road Glide to find out what we could offer to make the stereo sound worthy of the Harley’s reputation. After looking over the bike, we showed the client some of the Rockford Fosgate audio system upgrades we have available. He loved the plan, so we scheduled an appointment to begin work.
We started with a Power Series HD9813RG-TKIT that includes new front speakers, a high-power TM400X4ad amplifier and all the wiring we’d need to upgrade the sound system. We connected the amp to the factory radio and added a JL Audio MBT-RX Bluetooth module to the factory auxiliary input so the client can stream music from his smartphone.
The TMS69BL9813 bag lid speaker kit from Rockford adds a pair of 6×9 speakers to the factory bag lid covers and works with the amp from the front speaker kit.
The client was blown away by the improvement in performance and loved how perfectly everything fit.
